Main Features
1. Roller leveling machine with feeder placed on the same stage can reduce feeding and overall demand for usual errors, making it easy to install and occupying less space.
2. It is made of solid roller bearing steel, undergoes heat treatment, hard chrome plating, and grinding, resulting in good hardness, abrasion resistance, and a long lifespan.

Main Specifications
Straightener Feeder:
Function instruction: Utilize the unbending principle to release material bending stress and straighten the plate, then feed it into the press equipment according to the set length and speed.
Driven method: AC servo motor
Straightening-feeding roller combination: Straightening roller, assistant roller, feeding roller.
Straightening measure display method: Dial display.
Straightening roller release method: Pneumatic release.
Straightening measure adjusting method: Manual adjustment using a hand wheel (Electrically adjustable as an option).
Straightening measure adjusting method: Electrically adjustable (optional), eliminating the need to rotate the hand wheel, providing more precise adjustment. It also has a data storing function to save each set of straightening adjustment data, saving time for future use and facilitating operation.
Roller driven method: Gear driving, with all gears undergoing tempering, carburization, high-frequency quenching, and precise grinding to meet IT6 level precision standards.
Straightening-feeding rollers flip-up system (optional): The upper straightening-feeding rollers can be lifted by a hydraulic cylinder from one side, with a lifting angle of up to 30 degrees. The opening and closing of the straightening-feeding rollers can be controlled through the touch screen HMI or buttons on the hand-operated box, making it easy to clean the rollers and ensure the flatness and cleanliness of the material surface. It adopts a dual oil cylinder control mechanism.
