Decoiler
Function instruction: uncoiling is to fix coil on the spindle of uncoiler, a supporting table to support coil Inner diameter,
while working automatically, through material loop controlling instruction to make spindle uncoiling and loosing coil
intermittently, equipped with coil diameter detection, to control uncoiling speed, ensure uncoiling line speed is uniform
velocity, improved material loosing problem.

Components included: expansion and contraction part, press arm part, limit wheel part, material loop controlling part.

Expansion method: hydraulic expansion.
Spindle expansion range: Φ450-Φ530mm.
Spindle driven motor: AC motor, with inverter.

Spindle driven method: variable frequency gear motor.
Spindle brake: disc brake.
Spindle uncoiling direction: down uncoiling.
Press material wheel specification: PU rubber tires
Press material wheel driven method: AC motor, with inverter

Function of press arm: from cut off bundling belt which is used for fixing coil until the coil head is pressed tightly by
straightener roller, to prevent coil rebounding; while whole feeding line working, let the coil uncoiling smoothly, to prevent
coil dispersing and the press arm is motorized, with tracking and follow up function ie. Rotating speed of press arm roller is
absolutely the same with uncoiling line speed, then tensioning metal strip, to prevent coil loosing.
It adopt 3 in 1 uncoiler straightener feeder+3D transfer system+transfer mould+Gantry type power press. Fully automatic. Straightener part adopted electric adjust straightening roller gap, decoiler part adopt hydraulic tailstock arm device to support one end of decoiler's mandrel.

Material yield strength comes 700MPa(700N/mm²).

Straightener Feeder
Function instruction: use unbending principle to release material bending stress to straighten plate, then feed into press
equipment according to set length and speed.
Driven method: AC servo motor
Straightening-feeding roller combination: straightening roller; assistant roller; feeding roller.
Straightening measure display method: dial display.
Straightning roller release method: pneumatic release.
Straightening measure adjusting method: manually by hand wheel (Electrically Adjust for optional)
Straightening measure adjusting method: electrically adjust (for optional), no need rotate the hand wheel, more precise, with
date storing function to store each group of material of straightening adjustment date which can save time for future using,
convenient for operation.

Roller driven method: gear driving, all gears adopt tempering, carburization, high frequency quenching, precise grinding gear
IT6 level precise standard.

Straightening-feeding rollers flip up system (for optional): upper straightening-feeding rollers can be lifted by hydraulic
cylinder from one side, lifting angle can reach up to 30 degree. Through operating touch screen HMI or button of hand operating
box to open straightening-feeding rollers, by this way, easy for clear rollers, to ensure material surface flatness and
cleanliness. Adopts double oil cylinder to control.

Main accessories

1. For decoiler part:
1) Motorized press arm device, holding strips firmly when released by the decoiler, preventing coil too loose. Moreover, it equip with coil loop tracking device, press arm wheel running speed can adjust automatically according to coil O.D. varies, ensure coil payoff strips smoothly.

2) Limit arm device, Limit arm device was used to clamp coil in width direction at left and right part, prevening coil move inside or outside.

3) Uncoiler inverter device. With inverter, the decoiler's rolling speed is adjustable, further more, under protect of the inverter, the decoiler has much longer life time.
4) Electric eye loop control system, controlling the decoiler to release strips automatically. When strips touch the light sent out by the device, the decoiler will stop to work, on the contrary, when the strips left the light, machine will start to work again.
5) Mandrel's support plate equip with Intersection type junction plates. It can well prevent strip end insert into decoiler's mandrel plates gap which may influence total line's running.
6) Pneumatic disc brakes device. It was used to brake main shaft, stable and stop rolling smoothly.
7) Hydraulic tailstock arm device. It was used to support one end of decoiler's mandrel shaft, enhancing decoiler has enough loading capacity. So Loading capacity can be above 10T.
 
2. Straightening feeding part:
(1) Electric adjust straightening roller gap, It was driven by 2 set servo motor+worm-gear box, just need to put in set gap data in HMI, it can adjust straightener roller gap automatically, easy to opearte, having high adjustment accuracy.
 
(2) Feeding and straigtening rollers adopted Gr15, and all rollers finished heat treated, hard chrome plated, ground etc, hardness comes 60°-62°
 
(3) Servo motor+speed reducer to drive lower feeding roller, meanwhile feeding roller drive straightening rollers via gear sets. This structure is more powerful than normal power transmission via 2 set synchronous belts.
 
(4) Motorized bend arm device. It was mainly used to guide and press strip head down to insert strip head into straightening roller easily and smoothly. The tip of the coil maybe exist curved upward, after strips were guided to the entrance of the straightener feeder part, with the coil tip flatness device, it can press the tip and making the strips entering the feeding rollers easily.
 
(5) Full sets of SIEMENS servo drive and control system, full sets of famous brand parts low voltage components etc.
 
3. Coil car
It was used to load, carry and lift coil then install coil on decoiler's mandrel automaticaly. Moreover, this coil car's two support rollers are motorized which was driven by hydraulic motor, so that it can assist strip head inserting straightening part smoothly.
 
4. Main optional part.
(1) Hydraulic shear. It's used to cut coil's scrap part, such as coil head and end.
(2) Oil feeder. It was used to roll and paint lubrication oil on strip's one side or two side automatically.
(3) Safty fence. It was used to protect coil feed system in fence, prevening human enter machine's working area, in case occuring hurt human.
